The Rich Central Hall of Fame
Rich Central High School has extended the deadline for nominations for next alumni Hall of Fame induction.
The Rich Central Hall of Fame was organized in 1989 to recognize and honor those graduates who had achieved outstanding success in their careers and lives. Currently, 170 Rich Central Alumni have been inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Pictures of all Hall of Fame members are permanently displayed on the "Wall of Fame" at the main entrance to Rich Central. These pictures greet community members as they enter Rich Central, honor Hall of Fame members and encourage current students to aspire to similar success in their own chosen fields.
Hall of Fame honorees must have graduated at least 10 years prior to their induction and have met at least one of the following criteria:
- Outstanding success in their profession
- Significant contribution to their community
- Recognition as outstanding leaders, citizens or significant contributors to the enhancement of humanity.
New members are inducted to the Hall of Fame every three years, but nominations may be submitted at any time. The next ceremony will take place in the spring of 2009. Further information on the Rich Central Hall of Fame is available by contacting Ruth A. Rich, Hall of Fame Committee Chair, c/o Rich Central High School.
Nomination forms for the Rich Central Hall of Fame are available at the school or on the Rich Central website HERE. Completed nominations for the 2008 Induction Class must be received by the school no later than Friday, October 17, 2008.
